About Us

2011 - The brand was started when Martin Guethler Sr and Linda Guethler founded LynnAlan Carpentry. Both of them were union carpenters for 30+ years before beginning their journey to step out on their own to start a company. Their oldest son, Corey, also went through the union apprenticeship and became a carpenter as well. He was part of the company from its start. The initial company specialized in woodwork, concrete, framing, and anything else a carpenter can do. 

2017 - Martin Jr joined the brand but under the condition a new company was formed with the intention of being a General Contractor, which is when LynnAlan Construction was formed. LynnAlan Construction started out as a Certified Building Contractor focusing on residential additions and remodels with a specialization in structural reconfigurations. 

2019 - LynnAlan Construction obtained an additional license as a Certified Roofing Contractor. Martin Jr also became licensed as a Real Estate Sales Associate.

2020 - LynnAlan Plumbing was started as a Certified Plumbing Contractor. LynnAlan A/C was started as a Certified HVAC Contractor.

2021 - LynnAlan Roofing was started and the Certified Roofing Contractor license from LynnAlan Construction was transferred over to LynnAlan Roofing. LynnAlan Realty was started as a Real Estate Brokerage. Martin Sr passed away which shook the brand across the board. 

Presently - Martin Jr is running all of the companies striving to keep the dream going.
